Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2003 Duplessis
Duplessis own a third of a hectare in the middle oif Les Clos which is widely considered the best part of this most famous of Chablis vineayards. With a complex nose of lemom rind, liquid minerals and old oak the palate is rich and balanced, with good structure and a long multi-faceted finish. This is a real food wine and will stand up to all manner of seafood and cheese.
